Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
At Galil Med Spa, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To help us serve all clients efficiently, we kindly ask that you review our policy below:
Highly Encouraged Deposit
A deposit starting at $20 is required to secure your appointment and reserve dedicated time with your aesthetician. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service booked and will be applied toward your total balance on the day of your visit.
24-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment day and time.
Deposit Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable.
However, your deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment only if the cancellation or rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in the deposit being forfeited.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment and helps us maintain the highest level of service for everyone.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late:
Your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Full-service charges may still apply.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review situations on a case-by-case basis.

3. What should I wear to my spa appointment?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your spa appointment. For body treatments like Cavitation RF or body contouring, you may be asked to change into a robe or treatment garment provided by our team. Dressing comfortably ensures you can fully relax and enjoy your spa experience.
4. Do you offer gift cards or spa packages?
Yes! We offer gift cards—simply pay in full, and we’ll provide a beautifully designed voucher you can give to someone special. We also have spa packages available for those who want to enjoy multiple treatments, but rest assured, we never pressure anyone to purchase—your comfort and choice always come first.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
